Steeped in history and natural scenic beauty, the Leeds Liverpool Canal is a truly fascinating waterway. What better way to discover it than onboard a beautiful traditional canal boat departing from Skipton, one of the oldest market towns in the country? During the hour long trip (included), the skipper unravels the 200 year old tale of the canal while passing through spectacular scenery, mill buildings and the many swing bridges.

The 4 star MERCURE DUNKENHALGH HOTEL AND SPA is set in 17 acres of parkland - the original building dating back 700 years.
