I had recently to speak on the phone to request, if possible, the return of an umbrella that my wife had left on one of your buses after a trip to Hardwick Hall. The young lady I spoke to was most helpful and had a very pleasant manner. She was as good as her word that she would make enquires and return the umbrella to our home address as soon as possible, which we have now received. The name on the complimentary slip with the article returned is 'Vicky' and if indeed it was Vicky I was speaking to on the phone-I would say very many thanks and well done. Mr M
